Paula Serger

Paula began her career in transportation after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Decision Sciences from Xavier University. During this time, she married her college sweetheart and started a family with three children. Her professional focus later shifted to healthcare, where she earned an Associate of Science in Adult Cardiovascular Ultrasound from Kettering College. Paula then worked for nearly two decades as both an ultrasound technologist and Director of Operations in cardiology.

In 2013, Paula transitioned into financial services to better balance her work and family life. She served as Director of Operations at a local advisory firm until it was acquired by Fifth Third Bank. At that point, Paula discovered Family Wealth Advisory Group, LLC^® and was drawn to their compassionate and technically skilled approach to serving clients. She has since taken on the role of Director of Operations there, continuing her dedication to helping others.

Outside her professional life, Paula enjoys spending time as a grandmother, golfing, attending exercise dance classes, cheering on Cincinnati sports teams, and scrapbooking with friends.
